How long does shipping take? — Standard shipping takes 5–8 business days. Expedited (2–3 days) and overnight options are available at checkout.
Do you ship internationally? — Yes! We ship to over 40 countries. International delivery takes 10–15 business days. Duties and taxes may apply.
What are the shipping costs? — Free standard shipping on orders over $25. Otherwise, a flat rate of $4.99 applies. Expedited starts at $9.99.
Can I return a physical book? — Yes, within 30 days of delivery. Books must be unmarked and in original condition. We'll refund the full purchase price.
Can I return an ebook? — Due to the digital nature, ebooks are non-returnable. If you experience technical issues, please contact support within 7 days for assistance.
How do I start a return? — Log into your account, go to Orders, and click "Return". You'll receive a prepaid shipping label. Refunds are processed within 5 business days.
What formats do you offer? — We support EPUB, MOBI, and PDF. Most ebooks are available in all three formats. You can choose at checkout.
Which devices are supported? — EPUB works on Apple Books, Google Play Books, and most readers (except Kindle). MOBI is for Kindle devices. PDF works everywhere.
Can I read on my phone? — Absolutely! Our ebooks are optimized for mobile with adjustable font sizes and night mode. Download the E-Book Haven app for the best experience.
How do I create an account? — Click the "Sign In" icon in the top right, then select "Create Account". You can also create one at checkout.
I forgot my password. — Click "Forgot Password" on the login page. We'll send a reset link to your email.
Can I see my order history? — Yes! Once logged in, visit "My Account" → "Order History". You'll see all past orders, digital downloads, and tracking info.
How do I save my address? — Go to "My Account" → "Addresses" to add, edit, or delete shipping addresses. Saved addresses appear at checkout.
What payment methods do you accept? — We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal, and Apple Pay. All transactions are encrypted and secure.
Do you offer gift cards? — Yes! Digital gift cards from $10 to $100 are available. They're delivered via email and can be redeemed at checkout.
Is checkout secure? — Absolutely. We use Stripe for payment processing with full PCI compliance. Your payment details are never stored on our servers.
